The B-24's high cruise speed, long range, and the ability to carry a heavy bomb load, saw it serve in every theatre of operation during WWII. B-24 42-52154 'Male Call' completed 95 bombing missions and survived the war. One of its noted pilots was Hollywood actor James Stewart.
