Online banking payments cannot be checked until the next business day. Once your payment has cleared we will typically process your order witihin 1 business day (in some cases this may extend to 2 business days), and notify you by email when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3 working days for domestic delivery. International delivery times will need to be investigated at time of order.
A full refund will be provided for any goods returned to our mailing address, unopened in their original packaging and within 7 days of receipt. Goods should be sent via NZ Post or Courier Post to PO Box 202-219, Southgate, Takanini, Auckland 2246. Shipping expenses, in either direction, are not refundable.
Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. If the goods are faulty, or if they have been damaged in transit, please report this to email@example.com within 3 days of receipt. Please provide a description of the damage. If possible a digital photo of the damage would be greatly appreciated. We will replace damaged goods if they are returned to our mailing address (Contact Us) via NZ Post within 14 days of receipt. Reimbursement of return shipping expenses (for damaged goods) will be up to the value of the original shipping cost. We will be happy to send you a replacement for faulty or damaged goods or, if the item is no longer available, you may choose an alternative product of equal value. If you prefer, you may have a full refund. You will not be charged for replacement shipping. After 14 days, returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty only.
The privacy of your customer and order details is important to us. We will not disclose or sell your details to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in. We do not hold or store your Credit card details. Credit card payments are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway using secure encryption.
