    For the 2018 SEMA Show, MOPAR and Dodge teamed up to modernise a classic 1968 Dodge Charger. Under the bonnet was a 1000hp, 1290nm, Hellephant 426 Supercharged Mopar Crate HEMI. Wrapped around that was a body kit that gave a modern edge to the Charger's classic '60s lines. The resulting Super Charger Concept Car was stunning!     Air New Zealand/TEAL Douglas DC-8-52, ZK-NZA, c/n 45750-217. Six-abreast, low wing, narrow body airliner, powered by Pratt & Whitney JT8D-7 engines. TEAL announced a change of airline name on 1 April 1965 to Air New Zealand. The first TEAL DC-8 was already painted minus titles in anticipation of this, and never actually flew in TEAL service. However, after the name change, TEAL titles appeared on the tail fin of the new aircraft for two years. Approx. 22.5cm x 21.5cm (8.75" x 8.5").     P-40B Warhawk, 2nd Lt. George Welch, 47th Pursuit Squadron, 15th Pursuit Group, Wheeler Field, Hawaii, 1941. An aircraft and pilot made famous during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in December 1941. Welch was one of the few USAAC pilots who managed to get airborne to engage the enemy. He scored 4 victories, for which he was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross. This model has a sliding canopy and removable pilot figure.     Two seater World War One day bomber designed by Geoffrey De Havilland, hence the designation DH4. It entered service in 1917 with the RFC and saw action in Northern France and Italy. The DH4 was also flown by the RNAS/RAF on coastal patrols, as represented by this model. Armament consisted of a 0.303" Vickers machine gun for the pilot and a 0.303" Lewis gun on a Scarff ring for the observer. The DH4 could also carry two 230 lb bombs or four 112 lb bombs.

    Bristol Blenheim Mk.IV light bomber R3843/WV-F, ‘Operation Leg’ August 1941. WWII fighter pilot Douglas Bader was somewhat inconvenienced when he bailed out of a stricken Spitfire, but, had to leave one of his prosthetic legs "stuck" in the cockpit. The RAF planned a parachute drop of a new leg as part of a scheduled bombing raid. On 19th August 1941, six Blenheim Mk.IVs launched an attack against the Gosnay power station, with Blenheim R3843 also carrying Bader’s new leg. The wooden box containing the prosthetic limb was unceremoniously dropped over the target area, before all six bombers turned for home, their bombs unreleased due to heavy cloud over the target area. Limited Edition of 1000 pieces.
