De Havilland Mosquito FB Mk VI, RAF No.204 Advanced Flying School, HR2424, RAF Brize Norton, England, 1949. Like many Mossies that survived World War II, HR2424 continued service in a training role. Decorated in the grey/green camo scheme, with identity number printed in black on the underside of the wings while the upper sides feature the RAF roundel. Fixed (non-rotating) propellors. Landing gear fixed in the raised position. Approx. 17cm x 23cm (6.75" x 9").
