JX-E 'Night Reaper' BE581, No. 1 Squadron RAF. As flown by Czech pilot Karel Kuttelwascher during night intruder missions. On May 4, 1942, Kuttelwascher shot down three He-111's. This fighter ace ended the war with 18 confirmed victories and two DFC's. Die-cast metal with some plastic parts. Metal propeller, opening canopy, and removable pilot figure. Landing gear can be displayed up or down. Approx. 20cm x 25cm (8" x 9.75"). Comes with plastic display stand.
