Republic P-47 Thunderbolt Razorback 42-7945 "Miss Plainfield" of Steve Pisanos 334th FS/4th FG, USAAF, England. A heavy-weight of the sky's in both weight (around 8 tons) and armament (8 x .50 calibre machine guns). It could carry half the payload of a B-17 bomber!! Pretty much an airborne tank. Die-cast metal, rotating prop, cockpit opens, and pilot figure can be removed. Landing gear can be displayed up or down. Brilliant model. Approx. 23cm x 26cm (9" x 10.25"). Comes with a display stand.
