Curtiss Tomahawk Mk IIB GA-F of Neville F. Duke, 112 Squadron, RAF, Egypt 1941. Duke flew two tours in the desert and a third in Italy. He was the top scoring Allied Ace in the Mediterranean with 28 victories, earning a DSO, and a DFC & bar. After the war he captured the World Air Speed record in 1953. Diecast metal model with some plastic parts. Sliding canopy and removable pilot figured. landing gear can be displayed up or down. Approx. 20.5cm x 23cm (8" x 9"). Display stand included.
