The Mampe Ford Zakspeed Capri Turbo #52 is an iconic Group 5 race car that competed in the 1978 Würth Deutsche Rennsport Meisterschaft (DRM). Driven by German motorsport legend Hans Heyer, this aggressive, turbocharged machine is remembered for its striking black, yellow, and red "Mampe" livery. This car made a massive impression on debut at Hockenheim, midway through the season. Where it’s 600-odd horse 1.4 litre inline-4 helped Heyer grab pole, a full second ahead of the competition.
